DO NOT GO HERE!!!! they will ruin your nails i’ve been struggling with my nails for months now months!!! no one here can do nails absolutely unprofessional staff with no regulations. they reuse most of the same products on other people over and over again. Absolutely disgusting!!! I did my nails for an event and i hated how they looked at first. I went back the next day and they repaired my set and i went on with my day couple of weeks later I took them off and they LEFT DENTS ON MY NAILS!!! all of them, each and everyone it was horrible and painful. I’ve been struggling with them trying to figure out how to get them back to normal but if you go here go at your own risk.
I cannot express how disappointed I was leaving my appt. I asked for almond shaped nails MULTIPLE times and my tech insisted on round. I gave up because I didn't want my nails to be filed any shorter. I showed him a photo of the very simple design I wanted at the beginning of the appt and he didn't seem to have an issue with it. BUT BOY WAS I WRONG! After him getting visibly upset, someone came in to do the design, which was still bad and I had to ask the original tech to cover the exposed tips. In the end, I should have just got up to leave because my nails came out horrendous. Just stay clear from here
This place gets 5 stars, everyone is so nice except Sara, i went there after recovering from surgery and she did my nails and pedicure. She is rude, acts like she doesn’t wants to be there. And her energy is different from everyone else. She gets 0 stars!!!!! It’s unfortunate bc this is a great place
Terrible! Vine ya que me lo dieron de regalo, el chico que me atendió varias veces repitió que solo habían pagado lo más barato para mi, me dijo que acrílico en ese salón no incluía uñas largas y que si las quería tenía que pagar adicional. Quedaron tan mal mis manos y pies que me daba pena mostrárselas a la persona que me las regaló, volví al día siguiente para darle el beneficio de la duda y no hicieron mucho, y quería cobrarme por arreglarlas, después de decir que no iba a pagar dijeron que podían quitármelas y volverlas a hacer cuando ya tenía más de una hora en el lugar, de verdad terrible tener que pasar mi cumpleaños con las uñas horribles
Been coming here for a while and will only ever come again with an appointment with Ken. He's the only one I'll return here for. I called because I saw it was 4pm on a Sunday and they closed at 5pm. Front receptionist told me I could come in for gel nails even though it was 4pm. I rushed over to be told at 408pm that they could no longer take me because they had customers arrive after my call. They have caller ID. They could have called me back. Super unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. Just beware.
The absolutely most disrespectful and unprofessional establishment I’ve been to! The guy that was doing my fill-in had no knowledge of nail shape. He over filed my nails into stumps and I told him to stop and do one at a time. THEN he proceeded to shape them crooked and small into almond shape!!! All I wanted was rounded edges. Nothing crazy fancy! He got upset at me then said he’s no longer working on them and left my nails incomplete!!!! No manager on premises to fix and no other nail technician to the rescue. I left there with a disaster of a product. They said I can come tomorrow to fix — I work tomorrow! Do yourself a favor — DO NOT WALK INTO THIS PLACE!
I only go to Ken for my nails and Lina for my pedi they are the best. Staff is friendly also.
