Horrible experience.. my nails are thick and when I asked for them to be fixed they told me they could not make them any thinner or they would break. I also wanted them longer. I wasn’t asked what length to begin with and when I said a little shorter she took a lot off. Nail art also had to be fixed and is still a little off. I asked for matte nails and she did not cover all of my nail with the topcoat. You can see shiny polish showing through. I have gel and acrylic stuck to my fingers and hands. I’m mostly upset because I asked for things to be fixed and they were not.. I was expecting better. (Nails by May)
Lady was a bit rude to me, which is fine, but my nails are trash. My nails are bumpy and poorly painted. On top of that, half my nails were glued to my skin. If that’s not bad enough, one of my nails top coat peeled off and got wet black gel on me. It wasn’t cured enough. This is very unprofessional and now I’m regretting tipping her the same amount as the actual service. I’m very upset.
I’ve been coming here for so many years and I love it! I make my appointments for every 2 weeks with my sister. Very nice people. We always have a good time and get to laugh with Lilly and Wong. I drive an hour to get my nails done. I’ll never go anywhere else. This is by far the best nail salon! If they don’t have the color you want they will find something really close to it. If there’s a problem talk with Lilly she will do everything to make sure you have the best experience. Thank you LA Nails for being so amazing! Y’all are doing a wonderful job!

Went in for a walk in for my friend and I. Got seated right away everyone was polite and my nails look amazing the women who did them did an amazing job! She freehanded the art and it’s the best nail experience I’ve ever had! I highly recommend them!
So was awesome! She is kind and funny! She did the cute swirl on my nail and helped me pick the colors. I’m so grateful I got to come here and get in. Was a little bit of a wait, but I didn’t have any plans today so it worked greatly. I wish I lived closer so I could come here again. 10:10 recommend. Everyone was nice and the place was clean.
The staff is very polite and professional. Whenever getting my nails done any other place I've ever went to they didn't worry about if the nail was crooked or there was bubbles in the Polish or really anything was messed up they were always just in a rush to get me they were always just in a rush to get me in and out. Today when I got my nails done she redid two of them because they were crooked she noticed the mistake and cared enough to fix it so that my nails looked good when I left VERY PLEASED!
