I would not ever go to this groomer again. I have 2 Bichons and they were there for 8 hours and were still not done. When I got them home they both had diarrhea from being so stressed. She did such a horrible grooming job on my dogs I couldn't believe it. They assured me that she knew how to do bichon's very well. They obviously lied. Do not go to this groomer!
They did a good job on Buzz and he didn't seem to be traumatized.
We are SO grateful to the wonderful ladies who groomed our matted cat today. Our kitty is 15 yo...skin and bones from hyperthyroidism and gets nervous. They not only did an incredible job but were so loving and caring with her????????????????
This job wasn't an easy one for sure...and they didn't rush it...quite the opposite...they gave her breaks in between as to try and keep her calm. What a huge relief to have found such a wonderful family who have huge hearts and do what is best for your babies!! I will definitely be making regular appts so she never gets matted up again!!
Went for the first time. Extremely grateful. Nobody would ever want to cut our Missy’s nails being she behaves very wild and typically requires a muzzle. Linda did such an amazing job and truly has a gift when it comes to handling our pup. This will now be our go to facility for our family’s pets. Highly recommended!
